Dedicated Working Group on Improving the Performance of Labour Markets and Social Systems 6th meeting: “Active inclusion”
Background
As part of their integrated projects 2016-2018 and the last project cycle (2019-2020) the European social partners created a dedicated working group on improving the performance of labour market and social systems.
In the last project cycle (2019-2020) the European social partners created a dedicated working group on improving the performance of labour market and social systems. Up to date five meetings have taken place within the framework of this group. Two meetings on NEETs (young people Not in Employment, Education, or Training) and active labour market policies took place respectively in March 2019 and October 2019. In 2020, the dedicated working group focused on childcare provisions in EU countries and demographic challenges. To continue their joint work on the current topics important for the labour market, the European social partners have planned two additional meeting for 2022. The first one – on new forms of work – took place in February 2022 and the second one is planned for December 2022.
We are pleased to invite you to the 6th meeting of the dedicated working group on the topic of active inclusion.
The aim of the meeting is to facilitate mutual learning on the policy initiatives and the concrete actions by social partners in this field as well as social partners’ involvement in the government-led or tripartite actions.
