Background

Background

The EU social partners have resolved to continue their joint project activities and build upon the outcomes of the previous Integrated Projects. The Integrated Projects (IP) of the European Social Dialogue (EUSD) have provided the European social partners with an important tool to promote and reinforce the link between social dialogue at national and European level, as well as to address emerging issues which are of joint relevance.

The social partner’s project titled “Integrated Projects of the European Social Dialogue – supporting implementation of the European social partners joint activities 2025-2026” aims at providing support for the social dialogue capacity-building activities, including related to the ESF+, which have been established as a cornerstone of how we can better promote and reinforce the link between social dialogue at the European and national level.

Objectives of the seminar

  • To assess social partners access to ESF+ funds and involvement in programming, implementation and monitoring of ESF+ funded activities and the associated application of the code of conduct on partnership in practice.
  • To exchange on the nature and extent of ESF+ capacity building support to social partners, relative to their identified needs and joint prioritis. To exchnage views on strengthening ESF+ capacity building support to national social partners in the next period of the ESF+.
