Background

The European Social Partners Framework Agreement on Inclusive Labour Markets was signed on 25 March 2010. Following adoption of three annual reports on implementation of the agreement from 2011 – 2013, a full implementation report has to be provided by the European Social Partners during the fourth year, i.e. 2014. To assist in this process and before drawing up their final implementation report in 2014, the European Social Partners have decided to organise a joint conference. This activity is part of their Integrated Programme for the EU Social Dialogue 2013-2014.
