“Spirit of Inclusion” and SWIFT Project

Summary of the initiative

SODEXO is a company that offers innovative services, based on over 100 professions. SODEXO develops, manages and delivers a unique array of on-site services, benefits & rewards services and personal and home services.

In Spain, SODEXO employs 4,500 persons, 74% of them are women. Women constitute 25% of the SODEXO Executive Committee. One of the initiatives this company is carrying out in Spain is called “Spirit of Inclusion”, a program that stresses the importance of diversity among employees, including women participation as a strategic value.

This company is also developing the SWIFT project (SODEXO Women’s International Forum for Talent), which is put in place by 25 executive women in charge of promoting a better female representation, through the identification of the outstanding obstacles and the way to remove them.
